education is difficult to overstate. We firmly believe that the
integrity of our culture depends upon our investment in employee
education and internally generated growth. Most of our team members
arrived without industry experience; CTC's educational focus continues
to be our means to the trading end. Utilizing our state-of-the-art
training area, each new CTC employee enters a formal education program
that rivals the industry's best.

CTC employees begin their career with an intensive
ten-week training program that includes live and video
lectures, classroom time and discussion. Our education
department is led by Sheldon Natenberg, a renowned
options trader, author of the "bible" of options trading
"Option Volatility and Pricing," and a featured speaker at
exchanges and institutions around the world. Suffice it to
say that when you start out learning on that level, you're
already in the lead.
The initial basics class is only the beginning. We also
offer a merit-based advanced program, which includes
instruction from both Sheldon and our partners, some of
the finest talent in the business.
